Welcome to our Consultation!
The site at Acredale in Eyemouth is allocated for development in both the adopted and emerging Scottish Borders Local Development Plan. We recognise the importance of the site and it's history and we are committed to creating a welcoming new neighbourhood in Eyemouth.
Our proposals, designed to sit comfortably alongside the neighbouring housing and the surrounding landscape, will deliver:
A modern, energy-efficient affordable housing development
An office building for Berwickshire Housing Association
High quality landscaping and car parking
First Consultation Event
The first consultation takes place on Wednesday 1 July 2026 between 3pm and 7pm at Eyemouth Community Centre, Albert Road, Eyemouth.

Second Consultation Event
The second consultation will take place on Thursday 23 July between 3pm and 7pm at Eyemouth Hippodrome, Harbour Road, Eyemouth.
All comments from the first consultation event will be taken on board and (where possible and relevant) the proposals revised. Come along and discuss the revised proposals with the project team.
